4. Prepare Smart Questions To Ask
- How is success measured in the first 90 days?
- What are the biggest team priorities this quarter?

5. Day-Of Interview Checklist
- Test your internet, camera, mic, and meeting link.
- Keep your CV and portfolio open in another tab.
- Join 5-10 minutes early and keep notes nearby.
- Send a short thank-you message within 24 hours.
